1. Responsible for providing technical guidance and services for the production processes in the factory, and resolving abnormal issues on production lines.

2. Develop and improve SOP documents for all equipment in the factory, and assist the factory and company in establishing and improving system documents.

3. Establish all process parameters for the factory production lines and regularly maintain them to provide a basis for quality assurance.

4. Conduct regular technical training for production line staff, strive to enhance worker skills, and cultivate talent to ensure the completion of production tasks with both quality and quantity.

5. Monitor whether production line employees perform standard operations in accordance with SOP requirements, and provide on-site guidance for non-compliant practices.

6. Regularly maintain production line parameters to ensure stable factory operations and prevent potential quality risks.

7. Provide recommendations and proposals for factory equipment acceptance and equipment upgrades.

Job Requirements：

1. Familiar with the CCL lamination process, with a certain understanding of high-frequency, high-speed, and high thermal conductivity materials;

2. Capable of independently resolving lamination-related abnormalities, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions;

3. Demonstrates strong written communication skills with clear and logical reporting; proactively identifies and resolves production line issues;

4. Proficient in basic computer operations.

Job Responsibilities：

1. Conduct inspection and analysis of finished copper clad laminate (CCL) products and raw materials.

2. Perform inspection and analysis on external samples and experimental samples.

3. Handle sample matching and tracking for customers and R&D projects.

4. Manage laboratory material procurement, instrument cleaning and maintenance, equipment calibration, etc.

5. Record, organize, summarize, and provide feedback on experimental data.

Job Requirements：

1. Possess professional knowledge in fields such as materials science, chemistry, instrumentation, or related areas.

2. Have basic English reading and writing skills (CET-4 or above is preferred).

3. Experience in operating precision instruments and prior experience in chemical or material analysis and inspection is preferred.

5. Assist in project management for key customers, ensure smooth communication with clients, provide high-quality service, and monitor project progress within the factory to ensure timely and quality completion.

Job Requirements：

2. Knowledgeable about the market trends of copper clad laminates.

3. Understanding of the upstream and downstream dynamics of the copper clad laminate industry.

4. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical roles within the CCL/PCB industry.

5. Familiar with the materials industry or the PCB printed circuit board industry.

6. Capable of independently resolving anomalies related to customer-end and PCB manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements：

Job Responsibilities：

Lamination Operator: Complete production tasks on time and in quantity according to the company's production plan. Regularly clean, maintain, and service production equipment.

Job Requirements：

High school diploma or above; able to understand scheduling plans; experience in PCB lamination or stacking operations preferred; prior experience in mechanical and electrical work is an advantage.
